Arrived in LIH on August 16 at 1pm. I noticed long lines at National/Alamo and Avis. Hertz had 3 people standing outside. There was also an employee there. I asked her if it was also the line for President’s Circle and she handed me my preprinted contract and told me my car was already waiting for me in one of the spots. Went over there and saw I had a Chevy Equinox (I booked a Mazda 3). I really couldn’t have asked for a better pickup experience.
