I'm getting an error trying to create the digital vaccine card. The error says my account is missing information required to begin. Which I interpreted as, "we don't have you verified yet". Could be just a different glitch. Either way, I'd like to eventually use it for flights as well. So stopping by IAD down the street is no biggie. Thanks again.
Yes, I ran into this issue (I cannot complete the Health Pass or digital vaccine card setup) and my CLEAR account is also in a similar condition (I have created and paid for the account but I have not completed the biometric/ID enrollment process). I called CLEAR's customer service and their answer wasn't overwhelmingly confident but they did conclude that the incomplete enrollment was the culprit.
I have an international flight coming up and I wanted to get this taken care of ahead of time. However, it seems that CLEAR's QR code is not generally accepted abroad, so it is a fairly moot point for me.
