Fiance's flight to IAH was cancelled today, trying to rebook him to HOU. He's on hold with Southwest at the moment, but trying to see if there is a way to use the online rebooking options to get a co-terminal. It appears they ONLY allow rebookings to the original destination airport, but does anyone know of a workaround that allows co-terminals?

Alternatively, I'm assuming he cannot do an official reservation change (like you would if you were weeks out) and then ask WN via Twitter or other methods to refund the increased points with any real expectation they would do so, correct? He really wants to ensure he gets to Houston tonight.
