My thought is rather in line with HIDDY - I think you should complain; however as I always say you need to do it on the spot as well. Ask for the Cabin Service Manager or whatever they are calling them these days. If he is on rest, ask to see him when he resumes - they will almost certainly ask what it is regarding and if it were me - I would tell them. This is BA not AA where from what that Forum leads me to believe , they fear of being met by police on arrival if they cross a Flight Attendant and in any event there is no one really in charge.
