Any COVID restrictions on flying USA-DUB then taking train to Belfast?
For fully vaccinated US passport holders flying to DUB then taking a train to Belfast (as tourists), are there any specific restrictions or anything else that should be noted aside from the COVID regulations for ROI and NI?
