The Barclays Aviator business card grants 3K EQD for spending $25K in a calendar year. If you can't get a business card then the Aviator Silver personal card grants 3K EQD after spending $50K, but I don't think you can apply for it directly – have to have the Red card for some period of time then upgrade.

That said, my read on this promotion is that earning 3K EQD through credit card spend will not count towards the 2K EQD to retain status. So if you theoretically spent $40K on the Aviator Silver before 7/15, then spent the last $10K 7/15-11/15, you'd earn the 3K EQD but not the automatic status extension.
