Many of BA’s staff have been on furlough for a considerable amount of time and are just returning to work so if your objective is to give feedback so the failings can be addressed with the crew, absolutely write in and hopefully we will all benefit from your effort.
If your objective is to seek compensation, I fear you will, as you put it, be wasting your time.
