Unhappy with Club service - worth complaining?
I had a Club flight from JFK-LHR a couple of weeks ago and I was not impressed with the level of service reveived on that flight. I know Covid has had an impact on many things but I still expect some level of service. I won't go into details but essentially cabin crew were non-existent, refused to answer the call button and provided little to no service. I had to go and find crew 4 times - twice to get water and twice help with broken seats and was treated largely with disdain for disturbing there chatting. Also other issues with food/drink service
Is it worth me typing up my experience and sending it into complaints? or will it be a waste of my time? TIA
