I've got a couple ideas but I'll kick this one off with Southwest, since they were big at ISP before moving into LGA. A 737, obviously, but which one? Back in 1999, a -300 seems likely.

Southwest Airlines is an excellent guess here, strickerj - especially given its significant presence at ISP as you've mentioned. In this instance however, we're looking for a different airline operating a different type of equipment. Please, guess again!
