As a Diamond I have never not received my preference in terms of smoking/non-smoking. For some reason it seems like it has become the norm to have to book a smoking room at some busy properties (I have noticed this particularly with D.C. properties) but I now don't hesitate because I am so used to being automatically switched to a non-smoking room before I arrive, without even requesting it. It assume they see my profile and automatically allocate me to my preferred non-smoking room......
