Nothing has changed with the program. The downside with Marriott is they still use physical forms unlike what Hilton does for their program which means that the employee needs to ask/kiss the ring with their manager/GM/HR rep for the form. If said manager has changed or decided to be "difficult" it inhibits your ability at getting the form. The issue is local to that property, not to the program as a whole.
