I would just cancel if you want, since all the cards are beyond one year. I have not really heard of Amex cancelling other accounts because you cancelled one. I think they are primarily concerned with clawing back bonuses/upgrade offers/etc if they are abused. But closing a 1+ year old account seems very unlikely to result in any negative consequences. If you're worried, do it gradually, but I wouldn't lose sleep over it.
