Ted (Rar!) policy is not to give a can, but the flight attendants have apparently been instructed to offer a second glass to those who wish/request it. Two glasses = 1 can's worth anyway.

On both my Ted (Rar!) flights so far, I successfully asked for and received two glasses of Diet Pepsi.
