My mother complained to me that the FA wouldn't give her a full can on Ted, even after she requested it. That was on a TPA-ORD Ted flight. From what I read in this thread, I suppose that was just bad service. I fly recently flew Ted ORD-LAS-ORd and didn't ask for a can b/c I thought it was policy not to get a can (due to my mother's experience).
