If it's a short stay and you don't have anything planned through the rest of the year then I would consider holding off for a better SUB. But if it's a long stay that's going to get you the 40/50/60 night milestones (as well as a concierge for the next ~year+) then it seems well worth it.
It's about 20 nights, although I think only the last 3 would count as double based on the wording. I have another 10 nights booked for the year which is why I wanted globalist which would put me normally at 40. With this promo and getting the card I think I get an extra 3 (August stay), 10 (rest of year) and 5 (from having the card) which will put me at 2 nights short of 60 which I can easily hit normally (I have 2 weeks in Europe also booked with no hotels selected yet).
