I hope you mean your ticket has been cancelled. JAL should never ever ticket an overnight NRT connection as of 3 months after immigration changes in Japan due to COVID, even for cancelled segments. Your whole ticket (not flight) should have been cancelled if there was a flight cancellation or time change which triggered an overnight stay as the only option.
I assume that’s what happened - a segment was cancelled and JAL cancelled your entire ticket because the only available connection included a now invalid (due to immigration policy changes re COVID) layover at Narita.
