Just asked a Marriott contact for an updated MMF form and she pretty much said no!

I wouldn’t dare make assumptions but it sounds like you’re outside of that person’s circle of trust and she isn’t comfortable with giving it out anymore. I would honestly just drop it because you’re risking your contact’s livelihood by bringing this to Marriott’s attention on a social media website.
