The garages are bigger and cheaper @ the domestic terminal and the domestic terminal has Clear + Pre-Check. Sigh. I guess Delta doesn't think folks are smart enough to split international flights baggage and check-in by pre-cleared and non-precleared.
The international terminal also had precheck pre-COVID with some limited hours. It didn’t have it last month when I flew intl. however they do precheck light where you get the card saying you don’t have to take off your shoes. However you do need to pull your laptop out of its bag.
