Yeah, it's actually really annoying and makes me glad that I normally don't check baggage when I travel to/from Canada (this is my first time since moving to Atlanta in 2019). The garages are bigger and cheaper @ the domestic terminal and the domestic terminal has Clear + Pre-Check. Sigh. I guess Delta doesn't think folks are smart enough to split international flights baggage and check-in by pre-cleared and non-precleared.
