I am tired of all the excuses from all these companies about their call centers, COVID, etc. It's not just the airlines. I'm dealing with one right now where some jabroni emailed me asking me to call him directly with a very cryptic message about my order status (yes, the message was legit) and I cannot get through on his line, nor on the general company line.
These companies are reaping what they sow by paying call center reps like crap and treating them worse, but I'm sick of the excuses that everyone makes for them.
