I can't tell if it's me or not, but I feel that the forward J cabin is slightly off. For example, the arm rest in row 1 is more under the second window back, not the first one, and more of window 3 is actually visible, whereas the LOPA sort of implies it's not available. I think if everything in that cabin was moved back towards the tail a little bit, it might be closer to the mark..
I gave the Business Cabin another pass, again studying your photos closely. The suite diagram has been tweaked slightly, so the screens separating seat rows map precisely to control points along the fuselage wall. Other suite components such as the side storage lockers and the shelf below the video screen have been modified to match their actual form and colour. The armrests you mentioned as drawn happen to be shorter than the real thing - an unintended splash of artistic license.

It varies. In fact it varies a lot. The QR 77P took about 7 hours which was much quicker than I anticipated but with the QR example, I had a quality set of research photos plus a good reference seat map (published by SeatMaestro). The seat map
