Rules...yes you pretty much summed everything thing up with that comment

I've flown multiple times per month, every month, during virus times. Qatar and Emirates have been very very fair to me the past 1.5 years, dealings always to my advantage. TAP Air Portugal and now Turkish Airlines have truly hit the bottom of the barrel and are conducting outright fraud (because "no rules").

AmEx Travel needs its own separate thread...lol
