That is entirely correct and the reason why the complaints in this thread will fail. It is not reasonable to expect that you are able to rebook a FR ticket without the normal post-booking adjustment of charges for ancillary products/services; FR has never promised that such post-booking adjustment would be free of charge. It is the rebooking fee that it is waived; nothing more.
