Flew out of JFK a week ago on AF11 (2035 departure).

I wouldn't go there any earlier than my usual, which is around 1h30. Security had some people but no more than a 5m wait. No proper TSA Pre lane, so you go through the regular lines but keep your shoes on and avoid the nudity machine.

No Night Service available in the lounge for J, pretty basic food and snacks (much worse than Delta SkyClubs, let alone an Amex Centurion lounge) so I had to eat onboard, taking away precious sleep time from the rapid 6h flight time due to tail winds.
