At about midnight SEA time it was 3-5 hours call back time! The past 5 times since about May calling due to "manual assistance required" had only once I think that had reasonable wait times. Other times was 1 plus hours and in some cases 3 plus which is absurd. I finally gave up after 2 hours on hold last night despite being elite flying in both Y and F.
