I'm European and I never had a thing for the all inclusive Majorca style properties but it's true that this is very popular among older Brits/Germans/Scandinavians. I'm a bit surprised though that they went for the lower-end properties. I mean browsing through those, they are mostly huge resorts with relatively low rates. I always thought about Hyatt as more high end collection than Hilton.

The one thing I do like about some of these properties is the adults only notion. There are few places with such feature across Hilton/Marriott/Hyatt but then again the size of the properties will be a deterrent for us.
