Called last night and waited 110 minutes for a callback. I've tried texting once and never got a reply - not sure what happened there but got sick of waiting and just called in and got through. I agree with OP's general question/opinion. The wait times are pretty ridiculous. I don't totally buy into the hiring thing. I have a feeling this is just going to be every business's stock excuse for the next 5 years..... our service sucks because we can't find employees.
