Twitter support was no better than phone support; they completely ignored the part where I said I'd been trying for 3 days without results and simply told me exactly what the phone agents said: they'd contact the location and ask them to close out the contract in the next few hours. So are you saying they finally closed out your rental and sent you a statement with the charges you had expected without any additional charges?
