On a related note, Merrill (BoA investment arm) has the following tiers that they will use in communications at times. Note that currently these do *not* correspond to the Preferred Rewards tiers but that may be what they are aligning. I received an email this week that refers to one of these names as to my relationship with Merrill. However information on their site about these tiers is pretty much non existent. I found these on an old Reddit post but has proven to be accurate to some degree.
$250,000+ = Premium
$1,000,000+ = Premium Elite
$10,000,000+ = Premium Elite Plus
