I know the SF options very well, thank you. I've had too many bad experiences at HR, both with stingy management and noisy rooms.
LM is generous with upgrades and they honor the breakfast benefit, but room assignment has always been a struggle, in large part because many of the rooms in the upgrade pool adjoin the elevator core or are strangely configured. The bigger issue at this point is that the property desperately needs a major renovation. Everything was done on the cheap when it was reflagged from PH and unfortunate reminders of this are present throughout the rooms. They're also obviously struggling with the pandemic, which I suppose should not be surprising given the significantly reduced level of activity in the FD.
