Personally I think it should be limited to customers on paid D1 tickets or potentially paid J/F tickets on partner airlines.

That said, we'll see what it actually looks like. DL hasn't operated a premium lounge experience in decades and if the last 18 months have taught us anything it's that DL doesn't understand the premium customer at all.
