Thank you for putting these (and the Hyatt) descriptions together. Years ago, I searched for just such descriptions (here and on the chains' web pages) and found nothing as good.

Hilton might do so, and maybe I've just been lucky, but all but one of the few Hyatt Regency hotels I've visited has far outclassed all but one of the many Embassy Suites I've visited. In my mind, the only advantages to Embassy Suites are footprint and a customer-facing laundry (but those are big advantages).
