BA Holidays - May 2022 Cancellation policy
Its contradictory on BA website with the Holidays book with Confidence guarantee as to whether a May 2022 holiday is fully covered
including deposit - when you get to pay for a Thailand package it comes back with these conditions before the final booking page...Infers that
cancellation leads to loss of Deposit before 3 weeks deadline, rather than a FTV.
It also infers a change fee of £100 for the hotel up to 72 hours before travel date, then £200 after that.
Which is correct ?
