Flew YUL-FRA in J on August 13th. The flight director, called Thierry, was very professional and friendly. When asked about differences in J service he told me cocktails were back for about 2 weeks now and disruption was caused by AC supplier going bankrupt because of Covid, same reason for coffee cream supplier ans same for cloth placemat for cheese/desert service... He said everything is slowly coming back to normal...
