To be brief, I am trying to use my combination of Bonvoy points and free nights (my Boundless sign-up bonus) to book a trip to Dallas in a few months. I haven't done this before, and I'm gonna try not to screw it up, so your help is appreciated.

I'm looking to get a suite. But...
1) Does Marriott allow me to use my accumulated free nights on a suite, or is it only for a basic room?
2) Does the 5th Night Free thing apply if I use free night certificates? Or do I have to pay out of pocket to benefit from that?
3) I'm finding that when looking at hotels, suites show up when looking at the cash price, but not Pay with Points. Does that mean I CAN'T get a suite with points? Or is there some workaround that I need to do, like call the hotel directly?

Thanks for the help. I know these are probably basic questions. I'm just a bit confused, because when I'd done a trip where I stayed at a Hyatt, there seemed to be more options for how to use my points.
