The other secret tip about this property is that the parking garage underneath it (operated by Diamond Parking) has it's parking meter ticket machines coded to the hotel property.

You can park (without staying at the hotel) and earn 5 Marriott Bonvoy's per $1 charged to an Amex Marriott Bonvoy card.

The parking rates aren't bad either...
