I’ll speak with the hosts and let you know. They may have the place rented “long term” after we leave. But the main house may be available through the winter months. The hosts own a place on Anna Maria island where they winter. I mentioned we were thinking about coming back to see the Biltmore at Christmas and he said to give him a call because one or both houses might be available to us. As of right now, his VRBO account has been closed. I have no idea how he intends to market it going forward.

The place we rented last year may also be available. It’s a studio and was very reasonably priced. Super nice host as well. She rents out rooms in the main house too but less room and less privacy. However, we could walk to Hi-Wire from there. Not that anywhere in AVL is more than 10 minutes from some brewery. Right now it’s not available until December 23. It gets snapped up pretty fast.
