Just providing my update. We arrived early afternoon on Saturday July 31st around an hour after we were supposed to arrive. My name wasn't on the board, and I also didn't receive a Carfirmation e-mail (have they stopped those?).
There was an intense line for the regular agents but I was the only customer in the Gold booth. I explained my name wasn't on the board and they told me to select anything from President's Circle.

In PC, there were just 4 cars. The nicest was a new Encore GX which the person before me scooped. Then two Mazda CX-30s and 1 Altima on the far end of the line. We opened up the CX30 but quickly discovered it did not have enough luggage space. Took the 21 Altima SR which only had 2,000 miles on it. I guess since it was newer and the sports edition it was a better ride than the last Altima we rented, so decently happy with my experience.
