I reached out to the hotel to ask about COVID plans in the unfortunate event someone tests positive and can't immediately return home. I'll report back once I receive a response.

EDIT: Received a quick response: Guests will be solely responsible for bearing any associated expenses related being confirmed as Covid-19 positive, including any quarantine requirements or flight cancellations.

ˇ A confirmed Covid-19 positive guest will require to be self-isolated and undergo a 14 days quarantine period as per the Health Protection Agency’s quarantine guidelines.

ˇ For the confirmed Covid-19 positive guests, we are pleased to extend 30% discount on the best available rate for the accommodation and 50% discount on Food & Beverages during the quarantine period.

ˇ Should there be a case where one guest from a sharing room is confirmed Covid-19 positive, both guests are required to be isolated in separate accommodations and are required to undergo a 14 days quarantine period as per the Health Protection Agency’s quarantine guidelines.

ˇ Upon completion of the 14 days quarantine period, the direct contact guest would require to take a PCR test and must present a Negative result to be able to travel.

ˇ On-site PCR testing charges will be USD 120.00 subject to 23.2% Service Charge & T-GST per person.
