Well I had to pay for a new ticket on the date I originally booked (before the IT bug). Also costs of flights on that day increased since the time of the originally booking so I also ate those costs. Not a big loss that I can't afford but just want everyone to be aware that there's a bug and it will affect non-US based customers booking direct.
