really depressed by their decision , which they accused me of stealing other points that I didn't do it
I really cannot accept terminating my account with something I didnt do it...
it took me a lot off time and money to build my account....
I could be wrong but I believe that Marriott doesn't permanently close accounts(especially high level elites) lightly. They must have some overwhelming evidence to do this. I hope it works out for you.
