Ahh, kid's TV programs. We had a station here (channel 18) in Los Angeles that used to do Japanese broadcasts. I think they partnered with UTB. Every morning it was on, the kid watched おかあさんといっしょ and ひらけ！ポンキッキ, and the song おっぱいがいっぱい (look it up) became forever stuck in my head.
