FYI, the Centurion concierge was moved to FL where the card is now serviced by AMEX employees, not Aspire. From my experience, the FL employees are much less creative and helpful. Any Centurion peeps want to chime in with feedback?
By the way, it would probably help when people post that they state whether they are Centurion or Platinum and from which country their card is issued (I know people do this occasionally), otherwise you have forum members saying 'this and that' about the service, but it could depend on whether they are a Centurion or Platinum members, as well as the country, since it is different concierge employees.
