If there is proof, please point us to it, and then I think people would love to have a serious conversation/discussion about the question you post.
Just to clarify, I am not questioning the legitimacy of the OP's question. I am sure he read Arpey's statement as paraphrased somewhere. Even if it is in American Way, not all of us here have seen it or have immediate access to it.
But without the full context in which such statements were made, it would be futile for people who have not read it to comment on the statement.
