Most of that is people who can't handle change and people who like to complain. Other than the bus gate for a small number of flights, it's no different than DTW, and much better than MSP.
The big difference with DTW is it has the cable car thing (I struggle to call it a train as it's essentially a box that's pulled around on a cable). Haven't spent enough time at MSP to really compare one way or the other.
