AndBeyond recommended GlobalRescue for travel insurance. Anyone use them? It seems you have to pay an enrollment fee and then you choose your add-on insurance. Seems like this will be very expensive, and probably overkill for our safari.

Anyone know if it's possible to combine the CC insurance and a separate policy? Since CSR would cover $20K for the two of us, I'm thinking I could save $$ by just buying a separate policy to cover the remaining $12K.
