I have a property that are pushing back on allowing me to receive elite benefits under this rate. They have reached out in advance essentially just to say “don’t expect any elite benefits”, which I thought was terribly unprofessional. I’ve responded that this has not been the policy since Nov 2019 and I’ve had no issues with benefits and credits elsewhere since then, and they have pushed back that it is at their discretion. Is there anything online I can reference or somewhere I can direct the property to for confirmation that this rate is now eligible to receive elite benefits. Frustratingly the rate isn’t much cheaper than the Healthcare Hero rate.
