I had claimed the missing miles and got reply as follow.
“Unfortunately we are unable to complete your claim for Avios and Tier Points on the following flight: This is because our records show that you have already been awarded Avios and Tier Points for this flight or there is a duplicate claim for this flight in progress. Please be aware that Avios and Tier Points for partner flights may take up to a month to appear on your Executive Club statement.”
Obviously this flight haven’t been credited yet. Should I consider it will show up at some points or contact BA?
