I have stayed at both the Hilton Glasgow and the Grosvener. Generally I prefer the Glasgow Hilton but some points on both below:

- The Glasgow one is more upmarket and closer to the centre than the Grosvener. However parking there is more expensive (might not matter to you though!). The Glasgow Hilton isn't in the best of locations either though as there's quite a lot of traffic noise.

- Standard rooms in the Grosvener are nicer than the Hilton.

- There's a gym, pool and beauty treatments available in the Glasgow Hilton.

- The staff at the Glasgow Hilton are very good and really helpful.

- Food is better at the Glasgow Hilton.
