Getting pretty frustrated with future flight credits. Some are combinable and others are not and the site does not differentiate between the two types until you're deep into the booking path. Very difficult to keep track of and even the best agents often use other language than future flight credit and ETC. Often agents seem lost/annoyed when I use those terms even though that is the customer facing phraseology.

I wish they would get rid of the whole thing and just issue a type of flexible currency even if they maintained the restriction that the credit could only be applied to the same person traveling.
